Then we headed to Temecula to celebrate with our family. We did not do a "kid-party" this year because my schedule has just been to hectic and our playgroup is sort of dissolving anyways...next year!

This morning, we woke up and videotaped singing "Happy Birthday" like we usually do as she is waking up...and then she came in and had some snuggles and cartoons with Bompie.
Great Grammie and Grampie came over and had dinner and gave Lauren lots and lots of fun art supplies.
Grandma and Bompie gave Lauren a Big Wheel...
Dinner was Lauren's favorite things...Ham, french fries, olives, fruit.
And Grandma made special gluten free, egg free pie crust just for Lauren!
After dessert, Lauren and Travie took the Big Wheel off-roading...
The puppies wanted to chase the Big Wheel so bad!
So...at the end of the night, it was determined that the Big Wheel was just junk-made and we returned it. The steering was wobbly and out of control and just not good...Grandma and Bompie picked out an iPod, player and music instead.
