Lauren's First Time Baking

It was sort of cold and dreary this week, so Lauren and I decided to bake some yummy gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free cookies today. I found a boxed mix at Sprouts, so I bought it and today we made the cookies. Lauren was not as in to it as I thought she would be, but she had fun.


Her favorite part was looking in the oven.





We sat on the floor and waited for them to be done.

Since they were sugar cookies, I sprinkled some sugar on top of them. I gave one to Lauren and she brought it back to me a few moments later...with the top of the cookie eaten off, and the bottom still in tact. She totally ate the sugar part off and left the rest of the cookie! Silly girl!
