{Camp Pendleton} Day Three

Everyone slept in this morning...everyone except me. I was up super early. It was windy and well, I was sleeping with Lauren who was making sand angels in her sleep all night long!


The puppies were up early though!

Today was mom's birthday party today and more people canceled on us today...much to my dismay. Sue and Amber and Uncle Mike and his wife came down though.






These two crack me up! They were on camp patrol from the window!

Bob fell asleep in his chair with Lauren playing right between his feet.

...so Lauren moved over to two other Grandpas to play with!


This is right before the "puppy cat" bit her right on the nose!


The weather went down hill super fast today with the storm moving in...it was cold, but everyone was great sports and stuck it out.

She hid under the blanket the rest of the day because she knew she was in big trouble for biting Lauren on the nose!

Lauren helped Grandma open a present.

...and then came out wearing nothing but Bompie's hat!


We had cake and a campfire and then called it a night because it was so cold and windy!

The next morning, we all packed up and said our goodbyes before the rain started coming down. We had a great time at the beach and hope to do it again soon!
