Christmas Party

Lauren and I hosted our 2nd Annual Christmas Party this past weekend. Last year was short notice, so only Sue and Amber Cross were able to come. This year, we planned ahead and Lauren attended in person instead of in my belly.

My mom's house looked fabulous (decorated mostly with my Christmas decorations).
The tables had beautiful red tablecloths with lace overlays.

The wine barrel had a wreath on top and candy in a dish.

The coffee table had my mom's Christmas Village on it.

The hutch was filled to the brim with Christmas Wonderfulness.

The stockings were hung...by the garland with care...with hopes that next year, a mantle would be there (haha).

My red and gold travel tree.

The guests all looked fabulous in their Christmas inspired attire.

Especially this little hostess with the mostess.

She had her "brunch" and then headed off for her late morning nap just as the guests were arriving.

She did get to meet Marla for the first time before her nap.

It was a lovely brunch. My mom did 99% of the work. I plan...she executes. It seems to just always work that way.

Kendall went in and got her up (with my permission) after 2 hours so she could meet Sue and Donna and visit with her Great Grammie, Aunt Lori, Aunt Kathy and cousin Nicole.

Lauren also got to meet her cousin Faith and her mommy, my cousin Melissa for the first time too.
