Our campsite.
First attempt at a family picture using the timer setting on the camera. Missing: The Mommy.
Attempt Two was a little better. At least I made it in to the picture this time.
After dinner, we went for another awesome sunset bike ride.
We stopped and let Lauren swing on the baby swings and she rode down a slide for the first time on my lap. She was not a fan of the slide.
When we got back, Lauren had her first bottle of the night. Her feet are propped up because every time she layed on her back this weekend, she screamed bloody murder. Propping her feet up made her happier.
I tried to get Lauren to go to sleep...and when that failed, I came back to the living area of the trailer to find Justin had set up a game and was waiting for me to come play with him. It was so cute. Lauren sat next to me and watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
Then she got down to play. This was our view of Lauren from the table while we were playing.
Then she discovered the box with the cans of Mountain Dew in it. She knew to put it to her mouth. So funny.
She did "cheers" with Daddy...
...then took a (pretend) sip of her soda.
Soon after that, we headed to bed. We were all exhausted and got a great night's sleep. When we woke up in the morning, we packed up, hitched up, and headed home. We were able to disconnect, do the sewer and water lines, electricity, lift the jacks, connect the truck and get everything loaded and ready for travel in like two hours. That was fast. On the drive home, we went through Yucaipa to the freeway. While merging on the freeway was though because I could not get up to speed fast enough, the drive home was MUCH easier that the drive there. We definitely want to camp there again next year!
